How to make vegan Spätzle / German dumplings/noodles:
Spätzle is an egg noodle very common in the Tyrol region, Austria, Germany, and Alsace. My grandma used to make it for us and it was heaven on earth everytime she served it. Making it today had transported me right back home and for that, I've had to share this with you guys.
