Oil-free gluten-free chocolate cereal balls!

Enough chitchat! Here is the recipe!


• 1 1/4 cups of oatmeal flour
• 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
• 3 tablespoons of sugar
• 4 tablespoons of vegan milk
• A pinch of salt
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, add parchment paper on the table, place the dough, add another parchment paper on top of the dough, flatten it up with the help of a rolling pin, cut ribbons lengthwise then across the dough, forming little squares, roll the dough between your fingers forming s little ball, then add them in a greased or a lined baking sheet.

    Bake it in a preheated oven at 180C (350F) for 25 - 30 minutes.
