3 VEGAN CREAMS!

Sunflower seeds, rice, and oats.

Now you don't need to spend money buying processed unhealthy vegan creams anymore because you can make your own plant-based ones! Here I bring you 3 different recipes for you to have on your food wardrobe: Vegan rice cream, vegan oats cream, and vegan sunflower cream. Those creams are perfect for pasta sauces, stroganoffs, stews, cheesecakes, white sauces, quiches, and much more! Those recipes are a healthy and frugal way to substitute heavy processed creams on your recipes. Soy-free, oil-free. Have fun!
Here you have the sunflower seeds cream which is rich in protein, amino-acids and healthy fats. It is easy and absolutely inexpensive and has a complex taste profile to it - I would prefer this one for cooked dishes such as stroganoffs, stews and as a soup thickener.
Now this one is also inexpensive and a great alternative to the cashew cream, since the flavors are more milder than the sunflower seeds cream and also, one very interesting fact is that oats are a natural thickener, so its brilliant for thickening sauces as well, just like the sunflower seeds cream.
And last but to least, you have the rice cream, which is very mild on flavor and just as the oats, also has a thickener property to it, and the flavors are a bit more rice-y but when mixed to the dish you're intending to add it to, it completely blends in.

Enough chitchat! Here is the recipe!
