• 1 package of firm tofu
• 3 TBSP cooking oil
• 1 clove garlic
• ½ cup minced onion
• 2 green onions
• FOR THE SAUCE:
• 1 TBSP soy sauce
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp sesame seeds
• 1 TBSP hot pepper flakes (Gochugaru)
• ½ cup water
