Dauphinoise potatoes – Easy delicious potatoes

YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BELIEVE HOW DELICIOUS AND EASY THIS POTATO DISH IS⎜DAUPHINOISE POTATOES
• 4 medium size starchy potatoes
• 1/3 cup raw soaked cashews
• 1 cup of plant based milk
• 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
• 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar or lemon
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 2 teaspoons onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
• Salt to taste
• 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  • 1.
    Preheat the oven to 185℃ (355℉).
  • 2.
    Finely slice the potatoes, par boil them for 6 minutes. Drain them and reserve.
  • 3.
    Add the remainder of the ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth. In an oven safe dish, place one layer of the potatoes, add a little bit of the cheesy sauce, repeat the process until you fill the dish and finish by adding the creamy sauce to cover the last layer of the potatoes. Put the potatoes in the oven for 25-30 minutes and under the broiler for the last 3 minutes.
