Low -sugar⎜Plant-based!

Here I present to you guys my favorite chocolate dessert that's made using only 2 ingredients, no cooking, no blender involved, totally foolproof, and amazingly delicious! Low sugar, low fat, wholesome and decadent, this chocolate mousse is fluffy and sure will make your tastebuds sing!

Enough chitchat! Here is the recipe!


• 150g of vegan dark chocolate
• 200ml of full-fat canned coconut milk


  • 1.
    Brake down the chocolate into small pieces and add it to a glass bowl, then put it in the microwave and heat it for 30 seconds, remove it from the microwave, stir, put it back in the microwave for 30 seconds, and repeat this process until the chocolate has completely melted.
  • 2.
    Once the chocolate has melted, add the canned coconut milk and stir until all is well incorporated.
  • 3.
    Add the mousse to individual ramekins or into a serving plate and refrigerate it for at least one hour, or until the mousse has hardened up.

    Yields 2 - 3 portions.
