Low fat, high protein.

Because mayonnaise recipes are never enough, here I have a delish low fat, high protein vegan white beans mayonnaise for you guys to enjoy either as a spread along with some herbs, or as a mac'n cheese sauce, or as a pasta salad sauce or simply for a potato salad, because this mayonnaise/sauce is both versatile and delicious!

Enough chitchat! Here is the recipe!

• 1½ cup of cooked and drained white beans
• ½ cup of tofu
• 1 large onion, sautéed
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
• I taste salt
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1 cup of water
• 1 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice or 1 1/2 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
