This bread is foolproof, and this means that anybody, from the most expert to the most inexperienced bread maker can master this recipe beautifully! So get your hands on this amazing dough and make magic!

EASY NO-KNEADING VEGAN 'HONEY' BREAD!

• INGREDIENTS: (for 2 breads)
• 900 g all purpose flour
• 400 ml lukewarm plant-based milk
• 1 (5 g) teaspoon of salt
• 20 g of active dry yeast
• 160 g of melted vegan butter
• 1/4 cup of maple syrup
• 4 tablespoons of sugar
• A pinch of turmeric
• 1 tablespoon of sugar diluted in 4 tablespoons of water (for the glazing)

Instructions

    ❤️ The loaf pan measures 8,5 x 4,5 x 2 inches

    In a large bowl, add the lukewarm milk, the sugar, the maple syrup, the salt, the melted butter, the yeast and the turmeric, stir to combine.

    Add the flour little by little and mix well to combine everything and form a lump free dough.
  • 4.
    Preheat the oven to 180C (356F)
  • 5.
    Grease two loaf pans and add the dough.
  • 6.
    Cover with a cling film and let it proof until it doubles in size.
  • 7.
    Put it in the oven and let it bake for 45 minutes.
  • 8.
    Remove the breads from the oven and immediately brush it with the mixture of 1 tablespoon of sugar and 4 tablespoons of water.
