KIMCHI FRIED RICE – ASIAN STIR-FRY!

Here is an easy way to use kimchi on a daily basis. Vegan kimchi fried rice is gluten free, extremely healthy and sooooo fulfilling you won't believe its so simple to make. Cheers!

Enough chitchat! Here is the recipe!

• 1 TBSP vegetable oil (not olive oil)
• 1 cup chopped kimchi
• 1/2 cup diced onions
• Add ANY veggies you would like as well
• 1/2 TBSP gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 1/3 cup green onions (plus some for garnishing)
• 1/2 tsp palm sugar (optional)
• Toasted sesame seeds
• 1 TBSP soy sauce (optional)
• Sesame oil (optional)
• 2 cups cold cooked rice
