This red berries jam is wholesome, delicious, nutritious, and low in sugar so what's not to like? You can use it in many recipes such as smoothies, as a sweetener for your morning cereal or porridge, or simply spread it on a slice of fresh bread!

RAW RED BERRIES JAM!

• 1 cup of frozen berries
• 1 tablespoon of agave nectar, maple syrup, or erythritol (you can also substitute it for sugar, or make it sugar-free)
• 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
• 2 tablespoons of apple sauce

Instructions

  • 1.
    Add the frozen berries to a bowl, allow them to thaw out, or pop them in the microwave for 1 minute.
  • 2.
    Add all the remaining ingredients to the berries, and mash them with a fork or a potato masher.
  • 3.
    Cover the bowl and put it in the fridge for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
