Rub all the ingredients on both sides of the cauli steaks, add the vegan butter and put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 200℃, 390℉.

CAULIFLOWER PURE:

Add oil to a pot, add the onions and garlic, saute for 4 minutes, add the remainder of the ingredients, cook until the cauliflower is soft, pure it. Reserve.

CAULIFLOWER PESTO:

Add the cauli leaves to a pot with boiling water, let them cook for 2 minutes, remove the leaves from the hot water, place them in an ice bath for 2 minutes, remove the leaves from the ice bath, add them to a blender with the remainder of the ingredients, blend until smooth.

Make the plates using the pure, the steak and drizzle some of the pesto around the steak and enjoy it!
