The best eggless omelet of your life!

Especially if you don't like omelets😊

This is probably the best eggless omelet you will ever have, especially if you don't like vegan omelets! An EASY improved way of making the good old omelet taste beyond delish!
• 1 cup of raw chickpeas (for 5 -6 small omelets)
• Water for soaking the chickpeas
• 1 cup of water for blending the chickpeas
• Any vegetables of your choice
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
• A pinch of turmeric
• 1 teaspoon of onion powder (optional)
• 1 1/2 tablespoon of sour starch or tapioca starch
• Vegetable oil
• Avocados or guacamole
• Crushed red chili (optional)

    Add the raw chickpeas to a bowl, cover it with water and let them soak overnight or for at least 8 hours.
  • 2.
    After this time, drain the chickpeas, add them to a blender along with the water and blend until smooth.
  • 3.
    Transfer the blended chickpeas to a bowl, add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, the veggies, and the sour starch, mix to combine.
  • 4.
    Add oil to a skillet, on medium heat; when hot, add two or three spoons of the omelet, let it cook for about 5 minutes on each side.
  • 5.
    Serve it with. Side of guacamole or avocados or your favorite salsa and enjoy!
