Make the perfect tempeh: Marinated tempeh in Morrocan Chermoula sauce: Tempeh is, without a doubt one of the most complete superfoods, however, a little bit underestimated. In this recipe, I bring you tips and a delicious Moroccan marinade/sauce called chermoula. The two combined resulted in a super delish meal, super easy, affordable and simple to make. • 1 tsp coriander seeds
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 2 garlic cloves
• 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
