HIGH PROTEIN FLOURLESS BREAD.

Easy and gluten-free!

This flourless bread is just perfect and so easy to make you are not going to believe it! It is also high in fibers, protein, and nutrients so you will never have to worry again about having as much bread as you want!

Enough chitchat! Here is the recipe!

HIGH PROTEIN FLOURLESS BREAD.

• 250 grams of red lentils.
• 700ml of water.
• 90g water.
• 30ml olive oil.
• 1/2 tablespoon sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon Salt
• 5 grams of baking powder.
• Vegetable oil for greasing the loaf pan
• A handful of sunflower seeds.
• A handful of sesame.
• Bake in the oven for 60 minutes at 200°C.

Instructions

    Soak the red lentils for minimum six hours or overnight
  • 2.
    Drain the lentils, add them to a medium bowl, and blend them with the water, then dd sugar, salt, olive oil and baking powder.

    Mix to combine
  • 4.
    Grease a loaf pan then add the batter
  • 5.
    Sprinkle the top of the bread with seeds of your preference. I’m using sesame and pumpkin seeds and bake it in a preheated oven for 1 hour at 200C / 400F.
  • 6.
    Wait until the bread has reached room temperature before slicing it, otherwise it will fall apart.
