EASY MAPLE SYRUP BREAD!

No-Knead.

Hi there my lovelies! Today we are making an easy no knead bread that it's just so, so good! You are going to love it, it is also a very dangerous thing as it's so good and fluffy, you'll want to eat it all at once!

Enough chitchat! Here is the recipe!

• 900g all purpose flour
• 400 ml lukewarm plant-based milk
• 1 (5g) teaspoon of salt
• 20g of active dry yeast
• 160g of melted vegan butter
• 1/4 cup of maple syrup
• 4 tablespoons of sugar
• a pinch of turmeric
• 1 tablespoon of sugar
• 4 tablespoons of water

Instructions

  • 1.
    In a large bowl, add the lukewarm milk, the sugar, the maple syrup, the salt, the melted butter, the yeast and the turmeric, stir to combine.

    Add the flour little by little and mix well to combine everything and form a lump free dough.
  • 3.
    Preheat the oven to 180C (356F)
  • 4.
    Grease two loaf pans and add the dough.
  • 5.
    Cover with a cling film and let it proof until it doubles in size.
  • 6.
    Put it in the oven and let it bake for 45 minutes.
  • 7.
    Remove the breads from the oven and immediately brush it with the mixture of 1 tablespoon of sugar and 4 tablespoons of water.
