5 minutes seitan veggie stir fry

THAT 5 MINUTES VEGETABLE AND SEITAN STIR FRY YOU WILL LOVE!

This fast stir fry is perfect for those times you get a few ingredients lying in your fridge and no time to cook! Check this out and let me know what you think ;) Cheers!
• 1 cup of sliced seitan
• 1/2 cup of sliced carrots
• 1/2 cup of sliced red bell pepper
• 1/2 cup of sliced onions
• 1/2 cup of red and yellow peppers
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
• 2 tablespoons of minced green onions
• 1/3 cup vegetble broth
• 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
• 1 teapoon of mustard
• 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
• 3 tablespoons of water

Instructions

  • 1.
    Add the soy sauce, mustard and veggie broth to a bowl, stir until combined, reserve
  • 2.
    Mix the water and cornastach into a small bowl, reserve.
  • 3.
    In a large skillet or wok, add the oil, then add the seitan.Stir for 1 minute on a high heat. Remove the seitan, add the garlic, stir until fragrant (40 seconds), add the vegetables. Stir for 2 minutes.
  • 4.
    Add the sitan back to the wok, add the sauce and stir for 30 seconds.
  • 5.
    Add the cornstarch slurry and stir some more.
  • 6.
    Add half of the green onions, turn off the heat and serve it over noodles or rice.
