EASY & FLUFFY HAMBURGER BUNS.

• 1 cup chickpea flour
• 1 cup rice flour
• 6 tbsp tapioca flour (starch)
• 4 tbsp psyllium husk
• 1 tsp baking powde
• 2 tsp organic apple cider vinegar
• 6 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
• 400 ml water
• Salt to taste

Instructions

  • 1.
    Add all the dry ingredients to s bowl and mix well, then add the wet ingredients and mix gently.
  • 2.
    Let the mixture set for 5 minutes.
  • 3.
    Shape the buns, place them on a greased baking sheet, and bake them for about 35-40 minutes.
  • 4.
    IMPORTANT: Wait until the buns are completely cooled before slicing them, otherwise they will fall apart.
  • Print
