LOW FAT PIZZA!

No oven and gluten-free.

Enough chitchat! Here is the recipe!

• Makes two pizzas
• 1 1/2 cup oatmeal flour
• 4 tablespoons of water
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
• Salt to taste
• For the topping:
• 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
• Vegan cheese of your preference
• 1 tomato
• Oregano to taste
• Arugula or any other green or herb of your preference.

Instructions

    In a bowl, mix the oatmeal flour, the baking powder, and salt, combine well, add the oil and add the water little by little until it becomes a soft moldable dough. Using a tortilla press or a rolling pin, make pizza disc shapes. Add to the skillet in low heat, toast one side, flip then add the toppings, cover and let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
