MY FAST & EASY EMERGENCY BREAD!

No kneading, no yeast bread⎜stove focaccia.

Alright, so no bread and no time or patience to go to market and buy some? No worries, just make yours! This emergency no baking bread is brilliant because it is savory and delicious and it is ready in literally, minutes.

Enough chitchat! Here is the recipe!

• 1 cup of all purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseeds
• 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• salt to taste
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
• 1/3 cup (or ore) of olives
• 4 to 5 sun-dried tomatoes
• Oregano

Instructions

  • 1.
    Preheat the oven at 185℃ (370℉). Add all the dry ingredients into a bowl, stir to combine.
  • 2.
    Add the remainder of the ingredients, gently mix to combine. Let it sit for 5 minutes, put the batter into a grease baking tin, bake it for 35 minutes, or until you stick a toothpick in the bread and it comes out clean and dry.
