• 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature (226g)
• 300g coverture white chocolate
• Optional:
• Melted dark chocolate

Instructions

  • 1.
Place the Oreos in a food processor and pulse until ground into fine crumbs. You can also place the Oreos in a plastic bag and crush the by hand or with a rolling pin until the cookies are crushed into crumbs
  • 2.
Transfer the crushed Oreos to a large bowl, add the softened cream cheese, and mix everything until well incorporated,
  • 3.
With the help of a spoon, scoop a small amount of the Oreo mixture and roll it between your hand forming a small ball.
  • 4.
Grease a flat plate and place the Oreo ball on it. Repeat this process until you have no more of the mixture left.
  • 5.
Place the plate with the Oreo balls in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours or freezer for a minimum of 40 minutes so they get very cold.
  • 6.
Melt the white chocolate by adding it in a small bowl, then place it in the microwave for 30 seconds, remove it from th microwave and mix the chocolate a bit, the return it to the microwave for 30 seconds more, and repeat this process until the chocolate is totally melted.
  • 7.
Once the Oreo balls are cold enough, remove them from the fridge or freezer, and with a fork or a skewer, carefully place each ball into the melted chocolate, let the excess chocolate drip from the Oreo balls, and place them in the previously greased plate.
  • 8.
Repeat this process until you coat all the balls with the melted chocolate.
  • 9.
Also melt the dark chocolate like you have done before, add it in a ziplock bag, cut a tiny bit of the ziplock bag tip and drizzle the dark chocolate on top of the white chocolate Oreo balls.
  • 10.
Put them in the fridge so the chocolate gets harder, then serve it whenever you wish!
  • 11.
The Oreo balls will last for up to 2 weeks in an air tight container.
