Easy vegan Cubano sandwich

GOT VEGAN DELI SLICES? MAKE THIS DELISH CUBANO SANDWICH!

Because you guys asked me so much, here is a recipe for a Cubano sandwich. using the vegan deli slices we have made two weeks ago! Hope you guys enjoy! Cheers!
• 1 french baguette
• 1 tablespoon of vegan butter
• 2 tablespoons of vegan mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons of mustard
• Vegan deli slices
• Vegan cheese
• Pickles
• Vegan bologna

Instructions

  • 1.
    Add the mayo and mustard in a small bowl, whisk until well combined. Reserve.
  • 2.
    Slice the baguette lengthwise, spread the mayo/mustard dressing, add the vegan cheese, the pickles, the vegan bologna, and the vegan deli slices.
  • 3.
    Add the vegan butter to the skillet, place the sandwich in the skillet, let it toast on both sides in medium heat.
  • 4.
    Remove the sandwich from the skillet, cut it in half and enjoy it with a nice cold beer!
