Add the mayo and mustard in a small bowl, whisk until well combined. Reserve.
Slice the baguette lengthwise, spread the mayo/mustard dressing, add the vegan cheese, the pickles, the vegan bologna, and the vegan deli slices.
Add the vegan butter to the skillet, place the sandwich in the skillet, let it toast on both sides in medium heat.
Remove the sandwich from the skillet, cut it in half and enjoy it with a nice cold beer!
