5 amazing and easy high-protein.

Spring has finally arrived and to celebrate the flower season, I have made here a selection of delicious, nutritious, and easy-to-make spreads and pates. All recipes are rich in vitamins and fibers and especially rich in protein and of course, in TASTE! And the elegies are: Cheesy beetroot and white beans spread; zucchini, rosemary, and carrots spread, high-protein fine herbs spread, tofu basil, and sun-dried tomatoes pate, and a high-protein black olive and tofu spread. • CARROTS, CHICKPEA, AND ZUCCHINI SPREAD:
• Olive oil
• Onions, thinly sliced
• Garlic, minced
• Zucchini, thinly sliced
• Salt and pepper
• A bit of water if needed

• Cooked chickpeas, mashed

• Fresh basil
• Sun-dried tomatoes, minced

• Salt

• HIGH-PROTEIN BLACK OLIVES AND TOFU SPREAD:
• Garlic or garlic powder
• Pitted black olives
• The brine from the olives jar
• Tofu
• Salt
• Black pepper
• Lemon juice
• Olive oil
• CHEESY WHITE BEAN AND BEETROOT SPREAD:
• Cooked and drained white beans
• Cooked beetroot
• Onion powder
• Garlic powder
• Salt
• Black pepper
• Nutritional yeast
• Lemon juice

• HIGH-PROTEIN FRESH FINE HERBS SPREAD:
• Cooked and drained chickpeas
• Cooked and drained white beans
• Garlic
• Salt
• Black pepper
• Assorted fresh herbs such as rosemary, sage, thyme, and basil
