• Firm tofu from 250 to 350g
• 1/3 cup vegetable milk
• 1/2 teaspoon of agave or maple syrup
• 2 teaspoons of nutritional yeast
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper
• 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar

    Cut the tofu into two separate blocks: a small and a larger one, it’ll be about 1/4 of tofu for the blending part and the rest for crumbling.

    Blend the smaller piece of tofu with the rest of the ingredients, reserve
  • 3.
    Using your fingers, crumble the remainder of the tofu, incorporate with the blended reserved liquid and enjoy it!
