Enough chitchat! Here is the recipe!

1 INGREDIENT PROBIOTIC YOGURT!

• 1 cup of raw oats
• 1 1/3 cup of filtered water
• Alternatively, you can add 1 capsule of probiotic or 1/4 cup of vegan yogurt

Instructions

  • 1.
Clean and sterilize a glass jar, and dry it well.
  • 2.
Add the oats to the jar, then the water. If you are using the probiotic capsule or the yogurt starter, you can add it now. Mix to combine
  • 3.
Place the lid on top of the jar, wrap the jar in a tea towel and store it in a dark and dry place such as a kitchen cabinet.
  • 4.
Wait for 24 to 72 hours for the fermentation process to happen.
  • 5.
Your probiotic will smell like cheese, that’s normal however if you see any dark spots in the probiotic or in the jar, discard the oats and start the process again, because dark spots mean that bad bacteria fermented along with the good bacteria and this is damaging to your health.
  • 6.
You can use this probiotic to make yogurts, by blending it with your favorite fruits, vegetables, or protein powder, or just enjoy it by itself!
