Simplicity over complications.😊

Ready for the easiest vegan creamy mushroom pasta ever? And today I have my better half to help me with this recipe here... well, help me eating, that is... lol A while ago I was really hungry for something rich and tasteful but I didn't want to spend time in the kitchen so I had this idea: Pasta with cashew cream sauce, sage, and mushrooms. And that's it. Seriously, it turned out simply phenomenal!

Enough chitchat! Here is the recipe!

• 3 cups of sliced (or diced) mushrooms
• 1 cup of cashew cream
• 1 package of fresh pasta
• 3 tbsp fresh sage
• 1 tsp of garlic powder
• 1/3 tsp of nutmeg
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
• Vegetable oil
• 2 tbsp of lemon juice (for the pasta water)
