Enough chitchat! Here is the recipe!

POOR MAN'S MEAL DISH!

• 1 package of vegan hotdog sausages (or any kind of vegan sausage of your preference)
• 1 onion, diced
• 3 potatoes, diced
• 1/4 cup of tomato sauce or 1 tomato, diced
• 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
• Water or oil for frying
• Parsley for garnishing

Instructions

  • 1.
    Add the oil or water to a skillet, when hot, add the potatoes, and the salt. When the potatoes are almost completely cooked, add the onions and sauté for 3 minutes, then add the remainder of the ingredients except for the parsley.
  • 2.
    Let it cook until tender but don’t overcook the potatoes.
  • 3.
    Garnish with parsley and bon appetit!
