The easiest gooey meltable vegan soft cheese ever!

Another winner cheese recipe! This is my 5 minutes meltable stretchable vegan cheese ⎜soy-free⎜nut-free easy, a simple and delicious vegan cheese that's extremely tasty, unbelievably stretchable and meltable and made using simple everyday ingredients such as oats! Only a few simple steps and Bam! Your cheese ready and can be used on top of pizzas, nachos, tacos, for a Mac and cheese and wherever your imagination leads you! Enjoy!
• 1 1/2 cup of cooked cassava roots
• 1/2 cup of unsweetened plant-based milk
• 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
• Salt to taste
• 1 teaspoon of onion powder
• 1 tablespoon of olives brine (or 1/2 tablespoon of nutritional yeast)

Instructions

    Cook the cassava roots in water and a pinch of salt until soft. Usually takes about 15 minutes in the pressure cooker.

    When the cassava is ready, blend it with the remainder of the ingredients.
