SEITAN PHILLY CHEESE STEAK!

So very tasty!

This famous all American deli sandwich now can be enjoyed even by us herbivores, cuz, it's been "veganized"!

Enough chitchat! Here is the recipe!

• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup green peppers
• 1/2 cup red peppers
• 1/2 cup onions
• 1 TBSP soy sauce
• 1/2 TBSP lemon juice
• 1 cup thinly sliced seitan
• 1 TBSP vegan mayo
• Vegan cheese

Instructions

  • 1.
    Slice the onions and peppers into medium size slices, slice the seitan into medium long slices
  • 2.
    In a skillet, heat the oil on medium-high heat, add the onions and peppers, saute until soft
  • 3.
    Add the seitan and the soy sauce, saute for 4 minutes, add a drizzle of lemon
  • 4.
    Add the vegan mayonnaise, mix until all combined.
  • 5.
    Serve it with warm bread and your favorite vegan cheese.
