With feta cheese!

Imagine you can put together two very distinct ingredients and make a magical starter for your dinner... Red grapes and feta cheese, with a drizzle of balsamic, sweet and tangy, savory and delicate. You will be mesmerized by the looks and taste of this elegant dish!

Enough chitchat! Here is the recipe!


• 3 cups of red grapes
• 1 block of vegan feta cheese or brie
• 1/2 cup of pistachios or walnuts
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste
• Olive oil to taste
• Dried or fresh oregano to taste
• A drizzle of balsamic vinegar or balsamic reduction

    Add all the ingredients except the balsamic vinegar to a baking dish and bake it in a preheated oven at 180C / 365F for 20 to 25 minutes.

    Drizzle with the balsamic vinegar and serve it warm with crackers or toasts!
