My 3 minutes meltable stretchable vegan cheese

Really easy to make!

Really, you can make this beautiful tangy, gooey stretchable cheese in under 5 minutes, it literally takes only 3 minutes to cook. Enjoy it! CJ
• 400ml (13.52 oz) of UNSWEETENED plant-based milk
• Salt to taste
• 1 teaspoon of onion powder
• 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
• 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
• 1 1/2 tablespoons of sour starch
• 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons of neutral taste vegetable oil
• A pinch of turmeric or yellow food coloring (make sure it's vegan)

Instructions

    Add all the ingredients to a pot, stir to combine.

    Put the pot with the ingredients on the stove and stir it for approximately three minutes in medium heat.

    1. You can substitute the sour starch for tapioca starch

    2. You can substitute the nutritional yeast for 1 teaspoon of white miso, or 1/4 teaspoon of MSG, or 1/2 cube of fermented tofu.
