Vegan rustic milk mashed potatoes and thick vegan gravy

This is another dish that's really close to my heart for a number of reasons but the two main ones are because this combo screams Holidays and also because it is easy and simple to make. So, I hereby present you, the most amazing vegan rustic milk mashed potatoes and thick vegan gravy. Just because I love you guys.
• For the gravy:
• 2 large carrots
• 2 onions
• 2 tomatoes
• 3 stalks of celery
• 1 leek
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 tbsp thyme
• 1 tbsp catchup
• 1 tbsp oregano
• 1 tbsp rosemary
• Black pepper to taste
• 3-4 tbsp olive oil
• 4 cloves allspice
• 1 head of garlic
• 1 tsp Marmite
• 2 tbsp mushroom soy sauce or dark soy sauce
• Veggie broth
• 1/2 cup dried porcini soaked in hot water
• 1 cube of dark chocolate
• 1 to 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
• For the milk mashed potatoes:
• Golden potatoes
• Unsweetened plant-based milk
• 1 onion
• Salt
• Nutmeg
• Black peppercorns
• Butter
• Warm unsweetened plant-based milk
