WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE!

VEGAN HOMEMADE WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE⎜BETTER THAN LEA & PERRINS! So here is a vegan version of this famous flavor enhancer that we all love but not all of us can get our hands on. This homemade vegan Worcestershire sauce's flavors are incredibly intense, savory and it extremely similar to the original non-vegan one. Enjoy!

Enough chitchat! Here is the recipe!

• 1 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1/4 cup soy sauce (or 1/3 if you like it more savory)
• 1 tablespoon light-brown sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon ground yellow mustard seed or dry mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/5 teaspoon of garlic powder
• 1/5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/5 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • 1.
    Blend all ingredients for about a minute. Transfer to a jar and keep in the fridge, lasts for about 4 weeks, always refrigerated.
