Enough chitchat! Here is the recipe!

VEGAN SCHNITZELS!

• 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseeds diluted in 3 tablespoons of water
• 2 tablespoons of potato starch diluted in 4 tablespoons of water
• 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
• 1/2 cup of raw cashews
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
• A pinch of oregano
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 teaspoon of tahini
• 2 cups of grated cooked cauliflower
• 1 cup of cornmeal

Instructions

    Blend the all the sunflower seeds, the spices and the cashews until they form a medium size powder, then add it to a bowl along with the diluted flaxseeds, the diluted potato starch, the tahini and the cooked cauliflower, mix to combine and form into flat patties, coat it with the cornmeal and fry it for 3 minutes each side or bake it for 20 minutes in the over at 350℉ flipping them half way the cooking time.
