Creamy and cheesy champignon rice with seitan steak in brown sauce.

Another Brazilian, treasure, and this time I have a fancy (and yet very easy to make) creamy rice with a wine sauce "fillet". This dish is very popular at restaurants and for this reason I have decided to make it here for you in a vegan way.

Enough chitchat! Here is the recipe!

• 1 cup of cooked rice
• 1 tablespoon of vegan butter
• 1 small onion, minced
• 1 clove of garlic, minced or 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
• 1 cup of cashew cream or any other vegan cream of choice
• 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
• Salt to taste
• White pepper to taste
• 1/2 cup of champignons
• Lemon juice
• Water, vegan milk or vegetable broth as needed

    Add the butter to a pot, in medium heat, sweat the onions until translucent, add the garlic, Duarte for 40 seconds, add the cooked remainder of the ingredients, mix to combine, add water as needed, garnish with fresh parsley and serve it!
