High-protein and very easy to make!

Have you noticed that some foods are accidentally vegan? This high protein bread is one of those foods - easy to make, simple and few ingredients and extremely versatile, you are going to love making it, and even better, you're going to love to enjoy it!

Enough chitchat! Here is the recipe!

GLUTEN-FREE BREAD.

• 120g chickpea flour
• 320g water
• 1 teaspoon salt
• Black pepper to taste
• A handful of fresh or dried oregano (or any other herb of your choice)
• 1 onion, thinly sliced
• 40g olive oil

Instructions

  • 1.
    Add the chickpea flour and water to a bowl or blender and mix or blend it until smooth.
  • 2.
    Remove the foam with the help of a colander
  • 3.
    Cover the bowl and put it in the fridge for about 4 hours or overnight
  • 4.
    Add the remainder of the ingredients, and stir to combine
  • 5.
    Grease a baking sheet and pour the batter in, distributing the onions around the baking sheet and bake it in a preheated oven at 200c / 392F for about 20 minutes.
