With the heat off, add the coconut milk, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla extract, and the chocolate chips and stir well.

Turn on the heat to medium high, stir until it simmers, then lower the heat to medium and stir until it reduces and comes off the bottom of the pot.

Turn off the heat and add the crackers by breaking them with your hands.

Grease a square plate or baking dish, then pour the chocolate crackers mixture to it, flatten the surface, cover with a lid or a cling film and pit it in the fridge for at least a couple of hours.

Add the sugar for dusting to a deep plate

Remove it from the fridge, cut the chocolate crackers mixture into squares and dust them in sugar.

Placate square bars in a plate, serve it and enjoy!
