Wash and pat dry 3 large carrots
Put them in a baking tray with the salt until they're almost completely covered by the salt
Bake it in the oven for 1 h 40 minutes at 375 C
Remove the carrots from the oven, let them cool
Slice them thinly lengthwise
Add to the marinade and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
FOR THE MARINADE
Add the water, the soy sauce, the paprika the salt, the seaweed, the liquid smoke, the oil, mix.
FOR THE VEGAN CREAM CHEESE:
Add the tofu, the vegan yogurt, the lemon juice, and the salt, blend it until smooth
