WHOLE WHEAT NO-KNEADING BREAD!

• 3 cups of all-purpose flour
• 1 cup of whole wheat flour
• 1/4 cup of brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 level tablespoon of instant yeast
• 1 tablespoon of molasses
• 1/4 cup of oil
• Lukewarm water (approx 400ml)
• FOR THE CRUST:
• 4 tablespoons of plant-based milk and 1 teaspoon of sugar mixed in a small bowl.
• JAM:
• 600g (21.16 oz) of fresh or frozen mixed berries
• 1 cup of white sugar
• A few drops of lemon

    BREAD:

    In a large bowl, add the dry ingredients, mix to combine, then add the liquids, add the water little by little until you achieve the desired consistency.
  • 3.
    Cover the bowl and let it proof for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  • 4.
    Preheat the oven to 190C / 374F.
  • 5.
    Transfer the dough to a previously grease baking pan and let it rest for 20 minutes more.
  • 6.
    Put it in the oven and let it bake for approx. 1 hour, if using all whole wheat flour to your bread, bake it for approx. 1 h and 15 min.
  • 7.
    Remove the bread from the oven, brush it with the sugar and milk mixture and wait about 20 - 30 minutes before serving.

    JAM:

    Add all the ingredients for the jam to a pot and let it simmer for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 10.
    When the jam is ready, add it to a jar and store it in the fridge. Lats for up to 15 days.
