• CASHEWS MAYONNAISE:
• 1 cup of raw cashew nuts, soaked in water for at least 6 hours
• 1/2 cup filtered water
• 1 lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
• 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon of powdered onion
• 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• TOFU MAYONNAISE:
• 400 grams of medium-firm tofu
• ⅓ cup of olive oil or water
• ½ cup of parsley
• Juice of 1 large lemon
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon of onion powder
• AVOCADO MAYONNAISE:
• 1 large avocado (6.34 ounces, peeled and pitted)
• ½ lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
• ¼ teaspoon of salt
• ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
• ¼ teaspoon of onion powder
• 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
