Enough chitchat! Here is the recipe!

THE NEW 2 INGREDIENTS VEGAN MEAT!

• 30g of Asian dried shiitake
• 1/4 cup of chia seeds flour - or you can grind chia seeds on your food processor or Nutribullet.

Instructions

  • 1.
    Soak the mushrooms in water for at least 4 hours, or simmer them for 25 minutes
  • 2.
    Squeeze the excess water from the mushrooms, add them to a food processor, pulse it 5 times, add the chia seeds flour, pulse it 3 times more.
  • 3.
    Good for up to 4 days in the fridge and up to three months in the freezer.
  • 4.
    ✅ USEFUL TIP 1: To get rid of possible shiitake strong smellS, (some people love it, some not so much), just add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice before cooking with the 2 ingredients vegan meat.

    ✅ USEFUL TIP 2: You can make your own chia seeds flour by blitzing chia seeds in a food processor.
