PLANT-BASED BUTTER.

Amazing soy-free & dairy-free!

Can butter be healthier, tastier, and still do an amazing job both as a culinary ingredient as well as a spread for bread and biscuits and be made out of vegetables without a single trace of animal products in it? Yes!! This vegan butter is all that and more because it is simply delicious!

Enough chitchat! Here is the recipe!

PLANT-BASED BUTTER.

• 1/2 cup of Oat flakes (50 g)
• 1/2 cup of Water (125 ml)
• 1/4 cup of odorless coconut oil (60 ml)
• 1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil (85 ml)
• A pinch of turmeric
• Sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • 1.
    Add the oats to a bowl add the water, cover the bowl, and put in the fridge for a few hours.
  • 2.
    Remove the bowl from the fridge, add the soaked oats to a blender along with the remainder of the ingredients, and blend everything very well.
  • 3.
    Transfer the blended butter to a container, cover it, and put it in the fridge for about 6 to 8 hours, better overnight.
