Add the tiger nuts flor to a bowl along with the vegan butter and the salt (optional), mix with a spoon then proceed to mix it with your hands.

When the dough resembles wet sand, where it's moist but it holds the shape together, mold it into a ball, put it back in the bowl, and allow it to rest for about 5 minutes so the ingredients are set and incorporated.

After 5 minutes of resting the dough, form small balls by rolling them between your hands, place them in a greased baking tin, brush them with the mayo/ketchup/soy milk mixture, and bake them in a preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 200°C / 392°F.
