• 4 tablespoons of oatmeal flour
• 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseeds
• A pinch of salt
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
• Water

Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients and add the water little by little, set aside for 5 minutes so the oatmeal flour and the ground flaxseeds absorb the water, then add a tiny bit more water until the dough is sticky and malleable.
  • 2.
    Put it in the microwave for 2:30 minutes (it can be more or less depending on your microwave) or at low heat on a non-stick skillet for about 6-7 minutes each side
