A nye's amazing treat.

This Brazilian deliciousness called "salpicao" is both healthy and indulgent, full of flavors, textures, and freshness, it will sure make your guests come for seconds and thirds, this is the perfect salad to compliment and balance out all the savoriness from the holiday meals!

Enough chitchat! Here is the recipe!

• All the ingredients are to taste, so choose, mix and match or however you like!
• Olive oil or vegan butter
• Celery, minced
• Onions, minced
• Sweet corn
• Frozen green peas, thawed
• Shredded carrots
• Shredded green apple
• Hearts of palm, shredded
• Unsweetened vegan cream
• Vegan mayo
• Salt
• Pepper
• Chopped fresh parsley, optional but recommended
• Fried potato sticks


  • 1.
    Add olive oil to a skillet, when hot, add the minced celery and onions, saute for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Reserve.
  • 2.
    Add all the remaining ingredients, except the potato sticks, along with the sauteed celery and onions to a bowl, mix to combine.

    Right before serving, add the fried potato sticks to the top of the salad, serve it and enjoy!
