NO PRESSURE COOKER GREEN BANANA BIOMASS!

• 1 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
• 1/2 cup almond flour
• 1/2 green banana biomass
• 1/2 cup parsley (finely chopped)
• 1/3 cup of red bell pepper (minced)
• 1-2 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste
• 2 to 3 tablespoons of water

Instructions

  • 1.
    Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl, mix well, cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  • 2.
    Remove the dough from the bowl, roll into a log, cut it into small pieces, cover the remainder of the dough, take one piece of the dough, flatten it up by putting it between two parchment papers or cling film sheets.
  • 3.
    With the help of a rolling pin or a tortilla press, make round pieces of bread.
  • 4.
    Place the flatbread between two tea towels, repeat the process until all the dough is gone and you have 5 to 7 flatbreads.
  • 5.
    Over medium heat, place the flatbread into a non-stick skillet or a lightly oiled skillet.
  • 6.
    Allow the flatbreads to cook for about one minute on each side.
  • 7.
    Remove the flatbreads from the skillet, and add them to a plate.
  • Print
