Blend the grapes, pass them through a sieve, then again through a fine-mesh sieve.

Transfer the blended and double sifted grapes to the pot, and simmer them over low heat until it reduces by 1/3 of its volume. Stir once in a while.

Transfer to a lidded jar, allow it to cool then put it in the fridge.

Add the dates to a bowl, cover with hot water, let it sit for 10 minutes.

Transfer the dates with its soaking water onto a pot and simmer in low heat for about 40-50 minutes, stirring once in a while, especially towards the end of the cooking time.

Strain the dates and sift them so it gets silky and lump-free.

Transfer the dates juice onto a pot and simmer it for about 20 minutes or until it thickens up and reduces by 1/3 of its volume.
8.
Transfer to a lidded jar, allow it to cool then put it in the fridge.
